After we were already blown away by db-Maui’s first Broque EP, he’s now outdoing himself with \u2018From PM to AM\u2019. The new EP is just as versatile as \u2018Die Sterne und das Unicorn\u2019, while combining very different influences to create a representative tour through the dynamics of a good club night. This calls for functional dancefloor compatibility but also gives plenty of space for blissful hands-in-the-air moments. \u2018This Feeling\u2019 is the poppy centrepiece of the EP, which immediately embraces you with its catchy hook and warm vocals, and in terms of crossover appeal, is on a par with the likes of Caribou and Daft Punk. The Midnight Remix has a more masculine sound that heads straight for the dancefloor and focuses on the essence of the track, while the more percussive Late Night Remix beams you right into the peaktime hours. The opener \u2018Low Sin\u2019 also combines catchy hooks with a highly functional club sound, while \u2018Your Smile\u2019 sends you into the after hours with warm deepness over focused and percussive beats. This EP has everything one expects of a good night at the club plus a good portion of radio appeal for the time in between the weekends.\n<\/p>\n
